This Sunday, we’re hosting a packet pickup for the MS150, as well as a training ride.
The ride leaves at 11 and goes up to Carpentersville on the Fox River Trail. Checkout the MS Society site for further info on this ride: Training Info

Sammy’s Bikes will be hosting a full day of cycling related events and demonstrations to kick-off our shops involvement in the Bike MS: Tour de Farms 2008 ride. - 9AM: Low Key Trail Ride lead by Sammy (15 miles in length at a pace below 18mph)
- 9AM: Spirited Ride heading West from the shop (30 to 40 miles at a 18 to 20+ mph pace)

- Bell/Giro Helmet Clinic and Demonstration (Helmet Advocacy and Proper Fit discussion)
- S.O.S. (Save Our Soles, Sock Manufacture ) Clothing Clinic (What to wear and when? Dress for Success on the Bike)

- Sigma Computer and Heart Rate Monitor Demo and Clinic
- CrossFit: Maneuver and Stretching Session/Demonstration
- Fuel You: Shop Clinic on correct eating and hydration for cyclist.
